We set the system up in the school's own name, bring your data across from SIDA and import the weekly timetable; on day one, your own school is already inside the panel.

The teacher records the period
From a phone or a computer: present, absent, late or excused for each student. Recording opens when the period starts.

The office sees it live
Today's class grid shows which periods are recorded and which are not; the day's absentees line up with one column per period.

Parents are told
Absence and lateness SMS go to parents — automatically for full-day absences. Parent summons and discipline SMS start here too.

The record updates itself
Attendance percentage, conduct grade and the frequent-absence list are calculated live; nothing is left to add up at the end of the month.

The principal sees the whole school, a teacher sees only their own classes, and staff see just the sections the principal allows.

School data from SIDA in one click
A small Chrome extension sends the school's data from SIDA to Kyren Academy right after you sign in to SIDA. No files to save, and nobody types in 480 students by hand.
Fields left empty in SIDA never wipe details entered by hand. The report of the last sync and its warnings are always available on the same page.

An entry the principal makes on a teacher's behalf stays in the principal's name, and every sign-in is logged with name, role, IP and result.

Jalali calendar, SIDA, official holidays, week A and week B, Iranian SMS and official forms such as the enrolment certificate were part of the design from day one.

History is never lost
A student who leaves is deactivated, not deleted; an old timetable is archived so attendance history stays intact, and student photos are only shown to signed-in users.
